These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ERP Node platform and website (the "Service"), operated by GNX AI. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other tenants' data, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as expressly permitted.

Subscriptions & billing

Certain features and addons are provided on a paid basis. Fees, billing cycles, and the modules you enable are presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in Indian Rupees and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content & data

You retain ownership of the business data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the data, including tax and compliance records, meets your legal obligations.

Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERP Node and GNX AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, subject to any data-export rights available to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
